Great vicinity to the beach, short drive to the boardwalk
It is in a great central location, and the front desk gentleman especially was really helpful. It was our first time to OCMD and he talked to us for a bit and let us know the lay of the land which we really appreciated. Also, the extreme rain caused many other hotel parking lots to flood, but this parking lot was great and kept our car nice and out of the flood waters.
Location was a short walk to the beach. We had a ground floor room so we could not see the ocean, but rooms on floors 2 or 3 probably could. The bedroom was recently renovated.
The front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. The rooms are updated, clean, and really nice. I wish I could say the same thing for the quality inn oceanfront (next door), which is which cost more and the rooms are terrible.
Location is great, comfy beds, great view and ice cold a.c. good price, very friendly receptionist. ???? 1st floor very convenient for our e scooter access
The staff was so friendly and great with kids, the room was very clean and not at all sketchy and the location was lovely.

The location and stay describes the hotel’s name perfectly. It was perfectly simple.
The deluxe studio rooms are very nice! Good amount of space for our family of 5. And so close to the beach and walking distance to the boardwalk.
The staff was very nice. The rooms were nice and plenty of space for my family of 4. They will clean up your room everyday if you want them too. Walls are sound proof which was great with 2 kids!
